Delete your gridlo account

This is the public account-deletion resource for gridlo, operated by BreadRolls Group Ltd. You can use this page to request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account settings.

Request Deletion Without The App
Email us from the address linked to your gridlo account and ask us to delete your gridlo account and associated data. If you used a different sign-in method or cannot access that email address, include enough detail for us to verify that you control the account.
Delete In The App
- Open gridlo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
The app route is the fastest option because you are already authenticated.
After You Request Deletion
We may need to verify that you control the account before we delete, export, or change account-linked data. We will use the email thread to ask for verification details if needed and to confirm when deletion is complete.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless applicable law, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations require a different period. If we need more time or cannot delete a particular record, we will explain why.
What Deletion Covers
Account deletion removes the gridlo account record and associated personal data controlled by gridlo where we are not legally required to retain it.
- Supabase authentication user and profile records are removed.
- User-linked app rows are deleted or cascaded where the database model supports that deletion.
- Service-owned puzzle API usage and processed purchase-webhook rows linked to the user are removed where they are no longer needed.
- Public app-feed actor payloads are anonymized so they no longer identify the deleted account.
- Push tokens and account-linked notification records are removed where they are controlled by gridlo.
User content associated with the account is deleted, anonymized, or disassociated unless we need to keep a limited record for the reasons below.
Data We May Retain
Some moderation, purchase, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, safety, security, or legal records may remain where needed. We keep only what is needed for those purposes.
Apple, Google, and Qonversion may keep their own purchase, refund, billing, and entitlement records outside gridlo. Deleting a gridlo account does not automatically cancel store billing records, cancel any active store subscription, or create a store refund.
